Standup Paddle Board Size Chart

Stand up paddle boarding is a fantastic way to explore area rivers, ponds and lakes. Having a board that is sized appropriately can make it a more enjoyable experience. The closer you are to a boards lower suggested weight the more stable the board will be. The closer you are to a boards upper suggested weight the more unstable the board will be. This requires more use of leg and core muscles to stabilize the board providing an additional work out. In the end, it is about what you enjoy paddling. Use the size chart as a guideline and go from there.
